Forming principle:
Gas-assisted molding (GAIM) refers to a new injection molding technology that injects high pressure inert gas (90%~99%) when the plastic is filled into the cavity properly, and the gas pushes the molten plastic to continue filling the cavity and replaces the plastic pressure retaining process with the gas pressure retaining process.
